Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Item must have no signs of wear, washing, or damage

  • Original packaging must be included

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of limited drops, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale items

  • Final sale items

  • Items marked as limited or exclusive drops


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or card issuer

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
